Wisconsin is a state in the United States of America.
History[]
Hank Hall and Dawn Granger planned to move to Wisconsin after a final vigilante mission.[1] Dick Grayson tracked down Clayton Williams in Milwaukee, letting him know their former Haly's Circus compatriots had been hunted down. While there, their killer kidnapped Williams, but Dick and Jason Todd took him down.[2]
