Biography[]
After Conner and Krypto escaped from Cadmus Laboratories, Walter was unable to contact Eve Watson so he went to Eve's home and brought her to the labs. He informed Eve about the escape when Mercy Graves walked in, Mercy told them that Lex Luthor wants his experiment back.
