Victor Fries, also known as Mr. Freeze is an enemy of Batman. Like Penguin Victor has only been mentioned and his status is unknown.
Biography[]
At some point, Freeze froze Commissioner Jim Gordon. After being freed, Gordon died of a heart attack. In 2020, Freeze's hideout, the Snowy Cones Ice Cream Factory, was used by Scarecrow and Red Hood during their attempt to cause chaos in Gotham City after Batman had retired.[1][2]
