  • This is the first season to premiere on HBO Max instead of DC Universe.
    • It was originally scheduled to premiere in 2020 on DC Universe. Filming on the season was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic[3], leading to the season streaming on August 12, 2021, now exclusively on HBO Max.[1][4]
  • It is the final season to feature longtime cast member Ritchson, who exited the series after appearing in the first two seasons.
