Phil (died 2020) was a State Trooper and the boyfriend of Diane until their deaths.
Biography[]
In 2020, while eating together at a restaurant, Phil and his girlfriend Diane, also a State Trooper, celebrating their anniversary together. Across from them sat Lady Vic, an assassin-for-hire. After having seen Phil and Diane happily together, Lady Vic sabotaged the engine of their police car. After the two returned to the car and realized that it wouldn't start, Phil went to check under the hood. Lady Vic then killed him with a knife before attacking and also killing Diane.[1]
