Biography[]
Percy was a performer at Haly's Circus. However, after the death of John and Mary Grayson, the members disbanded. Around 2018, Percy was killed by Nick Zucco.[1]

- Given that Percy was one of the few circus performers that Dick interacted with, he was portrayed by either Jeremy Crawford, Jesse Buck, or Arthur Kantemirov.
