Mati Matisse is the manager of the Scarlet Rose nightclub.
Biography[]
Mati and her twin sister, Christy, used to date William Wintergreen but Christy died from drug overdose.
While searching for Wintergreen, Dick was told by Benny that he can find Wintergreen's ex-girlfiend, Mati Matisse, in a nightclub called the Scarlet Rose. Dick went to the club and found Mati. He asked her about the whereabouts of Wintergreen and told her that once she gives him what he want Wintergreen will be gone. Mati happily told Dick that Wintergreen is staying at the Davis Hotel, since she blamed Wintergreen for her sister's death.
