Margarita Vee, real name unknown, is a Gotham City Police Department officer and a friend of Barbara Gordon.
Biography[]
Margarita Vee, was seemingly an GCPD employee but at the end of the 3rd season when she easily defeated 3 armed enemies she confessed the truth to Barbara Gordon, who witnessed it: that she was actually sent by ARGUS and that Ra's Al Ghul Was Here For Danger then she helped Barbara to find the Titans.
