Little is known about Elves, however they are wielders of magic. Jinx describes them as "badass" and they are shown to be competent at physical combat. Elves also appear disgusted by Humans and look down on them, as Lironne is shown referring to Dick as an "it".
Koriand'r is petrified by a curse placed on a box by Lironne, leading to Dick Grayson and Jinx venturing to an elf nightclub in order to get the curse lifted.[1]
