Disguised in a Raven mask, Arthur kidnapped and drained multiple men for their blood in order to create a pool in the Temple of Azarath so that Sebastian Sanger may come into his destiny as Brother Blood. Arthur was witnessed by Aria Murphy killing her mother and kidnapping her father, and was shown drinking the blood of some of his victims while at the slaughter house by Rachel Roth.

During a confrontation with Rachel, Arthur sets himself on fire rather than be caught.[2]
